The Driffield depot holds the Ford Parts Plus factor franchise which enables this depot to service, with genuine Ford parts, the whole of East Yorkshire, Scarborough, Malton, Pickering and other areas of North Yorkshire twice daily. The City of Kingston upon Hull is delivered to twice daily and the Holderness area is covered in the afternoons.

In order to service the Parts Plus factor wholesale operation, a fleet of transit and courier vans are used, with an emergency backup service.

Each depot has a Motorist shop where you can purchase a wide range of Ford and non-ford accessories for your car. Within the Motorists shops a full range of adult and child cycles can be found, with franchises, such as Silver Fox, Muddy Fox and Universal. Added to this is a full range of cycle accessories and replacement parts and tyres.

Tyres for cars and 4 x 4 vehicles are also stocked by the Parts Departments. The popular brands of Goodyear, Continental and Marshal are kept in most sizes. Marshal as an upper quality budget is strongly recommended by ourselves. Keen discounted prices are assured.

All the personnel within the Parts operation are fully Ford trained and have extensive Ford parts experience. Personnel total 14 within the Parts Departments.

The parts identification system is fully computerized enabling parts to be identified accurately. This is a necessity as parts are supplied within a 30-mile radius to Trade customers from Driffield.

The Parts Department also has a stand within the Richardson Ford stand at the Driffield Agricultural Show held in July.
