A fourth generation family member, Toby started in the motor trade after leaving college in 1989, rather than entering the family business straight away he went to work for a main dealer in Hull. He has worked his way through the business, from parts, service & sales and took over the running of the business from his father Paul Richardson in 2002.

Having completed national service in the Navy Paul joined the business in 1959 in the agricultural side in Sprotley. Having successfully started this new business, he went on to oversee the running of the Driffield businesses, and the the eventual aquisition of the Bridlington dealership from the Ripley family in 1967. Paul retired in 2002 handing over the reins to his son Toby; however he is still involved with various areas of the business

Wesley is our longest serving member of the sales team at Bridlington and has been with the company for 10 years. He started when he was 21 as a trainee and now sells in excess of 200 units each year.

Iain joined has been with the company for 9 years. He oversees the management of the service and accident repair centres at both Driffield & Bridlington locations and has been in the motor trade most of his life

Paul has worked for Richardson`s for a year. At our Driffield branch

Nick is our workshop controller and has been with the company 6 years.Nick is also a time served Master Technician.

Kim works at our Bridlington dealership and has been with the company for 7 years, originally starting on the service reception, Kim is now a warrnty clerk for both sites

Alison is based at our Driffield branch and has been with the company for 18 years. Her role is senior accounts assistant.

Mark is our longest serving Sales Advisor at the Driffield branch. Mark started with the company aged 16. He started in the workshop and is a time served mechanic.At 19 he moved into our bodyshop,where he became a qualified painter.At 21 he then started in our sales department and has been with the company for 25 years.
